The BLT Cookbook: Our Favorite Sandwich

The BLT Cookbook: Our Favorite Sandwich

This book by Michele A. Jordan is about our favorite sandwich, the BLT. Who doesn't love bacon? And if you can imagine every possible combination of a BLT - not just sandwiches - then you should try this cookbook.

It even has a recipe for a vegetarian VLT. In place of the bacon, it calls for crisp-fried leeks. Sound tempting? Well we haven't tried it yet, but we'll see.

There are soups, salads, and pasta, BLT recipes, along with sandwiches. So why not give it a try?

You were right, Elizabeth.

I found this book at the library and loved it so much, I bought my own copy. Great recipes. We have a Sandwich Night at our house every week and guess what our favorite sandwich is??

You guessed it, BLT's!! We turn to this cookbook all the time when we want a new take on a classic sandwich.

Thanks for suggesting it!
