Frozen Peanut Butter Patties

This isn't a recipe, but I thought it would be a good addition to your site. And it's actually not mine, but I found it on You Tube. Shop Dog Sam (shopdogsam - Youtube ID) has a great idea for making peanut butter sandwiches. His idea comes in handy when you have really soft, fresh bread that breaks up when you put peanut butter on it.
His idea - frozen peanut butter patties - I think it's a great idea. What about you? Here's the video.
I'd love to know what everyone else thinks about this one.
